The lady developer ! 

2025: Shweta Andhale, a very ambitious, intellectually challenging and consistent woman. Real estate developer who not just handles her household but has been able to acquire major land deal in Mumbai. She has completed her civil engineering from Sinhgad College of engineering and her post graduate diploma in real estate management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies. She didn't stop just there she has also completed Interior design course from Florence Institute of design.

We have had the pleasure to have an interview with her this weekend on the occasion of women's day. Shweta said, "I dream of India that would be an equal opportunity country - a country where the gender discrimination is completely eradicated, where willingness and endurance are the important qualities for an opportunity but not rich or poor."

 

Brought up by parents, their ethics and values have inspired her to spread her wings and fly. She always was curious about sky scrapers since her childhood and loved visiting new places. The structures have inspired to reach higher and higher. Even though she has her father in the police department and mother an entrepreneur, nothing stopped her from dreaming big. 

It has been her dream to a happy place to live in for families. The _______, has been one of the fastest growing developers this year. Shweta, even has a NGO for the every girl to provide them with training for self defense. She strongly believes in women empowerment, thus 70% of her employees are women. On this special day she was able to complete 11 major projects in just 3 years. with the pace with which she is moving she is surely going to reach the sky.

She is not just a founder of ____ developers but also a sports enthusiast. She goes trekking every weekend exploring new destinations. She has won the award for one of the youngest entrepreneur to achieve this level of success. 

 When asked about her success story she candidly open up and says, " It wasn't easy at all. I have had sleepless nights for months. My first project _____, it took time more than we expected. It initially didn't sell really well but with time we were able to see the sales reach higher. I have had my family always there to provide me the support that I needed. They have been my pillars without whom nothing would have been possible. I still have a lot to do and this is just the beginning. This is just the start and it is not even 30% of what I dream of."  

 Women like her make us proud and inspire us to enter in this industry.
